Arrival
Come as you are
Swimwear, towels, fifteen minutes early. The sauna master says hello and tells you what's coming.

Oils, smoke rituals, whisks and towel technique, led by trained sauna masters. Just Sauna was founded by sauna master Ulla Rebbe Jerslund, former Danish champion in Team Show Aufguss.
Your phone hasn't been off all week.
You can't remember the last time you sat still.
You want to do something together that isn't a bar.
Your shoulders have been up by your ears since Monday.
Every round has an intention: heat, scent, music and timing. A trained sauna master leads it, reads the room and guides first-timers through it.
Ulla Rebbe Jerslund founded Just Sauna in 2021 out of respect for the craft of aufguss, and to build a Community where everyone is welcome. Our storyEvery Signature Session is 90 minutes with three rounds of aufguss. The concept sets the mood.
In every Signature Session
The heat depends on the sauna master, the group's energy and the intention of the day's session.

Just Sauna offers a professional experience that goes beyond anything I've had elsewhere. Simply a five-star experience on every level.
An incredibly cosy breathing space in the middle of the city.
The setting and the gusmestre's skills really are the focus.
Lovely saunagus, Jessica was absolutely fantastic.
A lovely place with great rooms and facilities. A sauna with plenty of headroom in every sense, and skilled gusmestre who really know their craft.
Lovely facilities in a cosy little oasis. A red-hot recommendation from me.
Our hosts that evening were Ulla Jerslund and Jeppe Maarbjerg, two of Denmark's best gusmestre. They made it lovely and hot in the sauna.
A really pleasant place.
Being welcomed into a place where there's room for everyone, with no sense of performance, show or having to fit in, is what keeps me coming back.
A lovely hot sauna with good showers. Skilled gusmestre and a really good atmosphere.
A lovely experience, with three really skilled, passionate gusmestre who spoiled us and took us on a three-hour, intimate gus journey.
A truly fantastic towel course where everyone was made welcome, beginners and experienced alike.
Really lovely rooms and facilities, and the atmosphere at the course was wonderful.
90 minutes of heat, calm and presence. For a birthday, a Thank You or the whole team at Christmas. Valid for a year, at both locations.
Yes. The sauna master explains everything before the first round, and you can step out whenever you like. Just stay out until the next round.
Swimwear, and towels that cover your back, under your body and under your feet on the bench. One towel is rarely enough unless it's very big. A dry towel for after sauna is nice to have, and so are sandals and a bathrobe. Bring a water bottle for cold drinking water and the free electrolyte drink in the breaks, but leave bottles outside the sauna. Free body care products are waiting at both locations, you can borrow a sauna hat for free, and you can rent towels on site.
Check-in opens 15 minutes before the session starts. That gives you time to check in, change and shower.
No. The cold is always your choice. A cool shower works too, or you can sit in the lounge and cool down slowly between rounds.
In a regular sauna you usually sit in dry heat. At aufguss a sauna master pours water and essential oils on the stones, and the scented steam is moved around the room with a towel while you're guided through the experience. The focus is on wellbeing and a good experience.
Book a session at either sauna. You don't need to have tried it before.
