At the Zo Fus Sauna events, Sofus will be your sauna aufguss master and he will focus on slow breathing technics and how to lower the puls. Here is the motto "How low can you go"

You must bring a big towel to sit on - if you forget you can rent one for 20 kr.

Please get there 15 minutes before.

"Taking care of mind, body and soul. We’re JUST SAUNA - a community-based mobile wood-fired sauna for 20 people based in Copenhagen S and we want to share the heat with you. JUST SAUNA is a mobile wood-fired sauna for up to 20 people located in the old maritime neighbourhood of Copenhagen S. The sauna is built by the members of the voluntary sauna community itself and strives to offer you sauna therapy for the mind, body and soul."
