There are no refunds and tickets are non-changeable. You are always welcome to resell your ticket if you cannot attend after all.

Please do bring a bathrobe, slippers, hat etc. to keep warm in between the sessions. You can also rent a bath robe and a towel on site as well as buy bathing shoes.
