You will get approx. one hour of sauna aufguss with 3 sessions and time to cool down in between sessions. One of our skilled aufguss masters will take you on a journey and create a space for self reflection in the heat. 

Please get there 15 minutes before start to take a shower and land. You must bring a big towel to sit on - if you forget you can rent one for 20 kr. 

Please remember that there are no toilet facilities as we are an outdoor mobile sauna trailer. But Hey we have plenty of nature around.

No refunds and ticket is non-changeable.

Remember to stay at home if you are feeling sick - let’s take care of each other. A valid corona pass is requiered to enter the sauna. 

We do sauna aufguss sessions every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

The sauna is a non-sexual space and clothing is optional. You can change behind the sauna and we have big plastic containers where you can leave your clothing in to avoid the potential rain of the Danish weather.
