Sofus will be your saunagus master and he will focus on slow breathing technics and how to lower the puls. Here is the motto "How low can you go"
You will get approx. one hour of saunagus with 3 sessions and time to cool down in between sessions.
You must bring a big towel to sit on - if you forget you can rent one for 20 kr.
Please get there 15 minutes before start to take a shower and land.
Keep in mind that we are a mobile outdoor sauna on a trailer and thus there are no toilet facilities. But Hey we have plenty of nature around.
