We do Wednesday Sauna Aufguss sessions from 20 to 21.30 every week.

You will get approx. 1-1,5 hour of sauna aufguss with 3 sessions and time to cool down in between sessions.

One of our skilled aufguss masters will take you on a journey and create a space for self reflection in the heat.

You must bring your corona pass and a big towel to sit on (if you forget you can rent one for 20 kr). Please remember that there are no toilet facilities as we are an outdoor mobile sauna trailer.

Please get there 15 minutes before start to take a shower and land.

We do sauna aufguss sessions every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

The sauna is a non-sexual space and clothing is optional. You can change behind the sauna and we have big plastic containers where you can leave your clothing in to avoid the potential rain of the Danish weather. In addition, we have small closed off space where you can leave your valuables.
